ONE-OFF PROJECTS/PAY AS YOU GO - Offering the most flexible option for your business and budget, I charge £25 per hour for adhoc project work and administrative tasks which have a completion date or framework. Choosing the pay-as-you-go option means no contract for you allowing your business to utilise me only when you have a requirement. All work is billed in 15-minute increments with a minimum charge of one hour.
REGULAR ONGOING SUPPORT- If you require regular weekly or monthly support, I charge £25 per hour for the first 10 hours worked and then £20 per hour after that.
MEETING & SECRETARIAL SUPPORT - One of my most popular services, I can support your meeting with set-up, delegate welcome, minute taking and production within 72 hours for a flat fee of £125 per meeting (maximum meeting length 3 hours). If your meeting is located outside of Bournemouth, travel expenses are applied at 45p per mile or the cost of train travel/taxi/underground fare if appropriate.

Invoices are created monthly with payment terms by argreement. Minutes are billed in 15 minute increments with the minimum charge being 1 hour.
Additional services required to complete a specified task will be billed at cost: postage, stationery, printing services, photo copying etc.
Travel to business locations outside of central Bournemouth (3 miles radius from BH1) are charged at 45p per mile.
Prices are reviewed regularly and clients will be notified of changes to prices in writing prior to any increase being applied.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
All clients are required to sign my terms of conditions of business prior to services being completed. I am happy to supply a copy of these for your perusal prior to any works being agreed.
